As 2025 ends, we’re filled with gratitude and excitement for everything this past year brought to Faithful Friends Veterinary Clinic and Cat Specialty Center. From opening the doors of our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility to taking the stage at veterinary conferences across the globe, this year has been all about growth, innovation, and deepening our commitment to exceptional veterinary care.
We Moved into Our New Home
The biggest highlight of the year? Without question, moving into our brand-new 7,000 square foot facility at 6780 Liggett Road in Dublin, Ohio in July. Purpose-built with pets and their families in mind, our new home reflects everything we believe in: low-stress veterinary visits, cutting-edge care, and comfort for both pets and their parents.
From separate waiting areas for dogs and cats to specialized spaces like expanded surgical suites, and a comfort room for end-of-life care, every inch of the building was designed to enhance the patient and pet parent experience.
Our Cat Specialty Center, led by Dr. Ashlie Saffire, DABVP (Feline Practice), also found its new home within this space, giving our feline patients a sanctuary designed entirely around their unique needs including the addition of a radioactive iodine suite for the treatment of feline hyperthyroidism.
A Grand Celebration
In August, we were thrilled to welcome pet parents, community partners, and friends to our Grand Opening Celebration. Your presence made the day truly special, and we can’t thank you enough for supporting our mission and sharing in the excitement of this new chapter.

Advancing Veterinary Medicine
Throughout 2025, our team proudly attended and participated in numerous conferences, continuing education events, and industry panels. We shared knowledge, learned from fellow professionals, and helped raise the bar for veterinary care worldwide.
To name just a few of the highlights:
- Feline VMA Annual Conference, Portland, OR
Five team members attended the largest FVMA gathering to date. Dr. Ashlie Saffire was one of the distinguished speakers leading a Feline Veterinarian Bootcamp for new graduates and teaching a feline urinary tract ultrasound course. Caitlin Dutcher-Lundy, RVT, VTS presented about feline veterinary technician specialties. Dr. Saffire also delivered the President’s Address, concluding her term as FelineVMA President.
- Purina Institute Global Summit, St Louis, MO
Dr. Saffire was an invited speaker to talk about the practical use of litter box monitoring devices for feline urinary health and disease.
- Southwest Veterinary Symposium, Fort Worth, TX
Dr. Saffire gave eight lectures covering advanced topics in feline nutrition, hyperthyroidism, respiratory health, and more.
- Cat in Rio 2025, Brazil
This international conference welcomed Dr. Saffire as a featured speaker on cat friendly practices and other medical topics. She also received an award for her contributions to the global feline medicine community.
- Royal Canin Live Webinars & Multiple Podcasts
Dr. Saffire and Caitlin shared insights with veterinary professionals across platforms, reinforcing our role as trusted leaders in feline medicine.

Special Recognition
We were also proud to share that Dr. Ashlie Saffire was named one of only four recipients of the Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine 2025 Alumni Recognition Awards. This honor reflects both her clinical excellence and her deep commitment to education, community, and the advancement of feline medicine.

Looking Ahead
As we turn the page to 2026, our hearts are full. Thank you for trusting us with your beloved companions, whether you visited for your puppy’s first vaccines or advanced, long-term care. We remain honored by the role we play in your pet’s life and grateful for the community that surrounds us.
With gratitude,
The Faithful Friends Veterinary Clinic & Cat Specialty Center Team
