Michael Henricks, DVM
Owner, Veterinarian

Growing up in Southern Ohio, Dr. Henricks learned very early in life the enjoyment and fulfillment that comes from the relationships we have with our pets.  Since graduating from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008, Dr. Henricks has built his professional career on providing high quality medicine to pets, connecting with his clients, and community involvement.  Dr. Henricks and his wife Ashlie live in the area with their two children, Madeline and Mason, and their dog, cat, and rabbit.  Outside the office, Dr. Henricks enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and exploring the outdoors.

Emily Hoffmann, DVM
Veterinarian

We were thrilled to announce the addition of Dr. Hoffmann to the Faithful Friends crew in July 2019! From the very first meeting, it was apparent how knowledgeable, caring, and engaging she is. Dr. Hoffmann’s medical ideals and skills line up exactly with how we approach veterinary medicine here at Faithful Friends, and her reputation in the local veterinary community only validated what we knew from getting to know her more. We are proud and excited for our clients and patients to meet Dr. Hoffmann and know they will appreciate the level of care she provides!

Dr. Emily Hoffmann, DVM is a 2003 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She resides in Powell with her husband, two children, and two dogs. Outside of work, Dr. Hoffmann enjoys reading, gardening, and playing in the backyard with her kids and pups. She is very excited to be joining FFVC, and believes that Dr. Henricks and staff have earned a wonderful reputation for providing compassionate care with a focus on education. Dr. Hoffmann cannot wait to take care of your furry family members!

Luke Haver, DVM
Veterinarian

Dr. Haver was born and raised in Northwest Ohio and attended The Ohio State University, graduating from the College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. After graduation, he and his wife moved to Charlotte, NC for 5 years. Moving back to Ohio in 2016, they spent a few years living and practicing in Southern Ohio and then moved back to Columbus in 2018. Dr. Haver had been practicing in Columbus for about 4 years before joining Faithful Friends Veterinary Clinic. He enjoys many aspects of veterinary medicine but specifically internal medicine and dermatology.

While not at work Dr. Haver enjoys spending time with my wife, Gina, and their two Pembroke Welsh Corgis, Zaya and Luna. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, barbecuing, woodworking and loves being outdoors. Dr. Haver particularly loves camping, hiking, kayaking and visiting beaches when he and his family vacation.

Ashlie Saffire, DVM, DABVP (Feline)
Veterinarian

Dr. Saffire is a 2011 graduate of The Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine and became an ABVP board-certified feline specialist in 2018. She is both Fear Free and Cat Friendly Certified. In addition to practicing feline medicine and surgery, she regularly participates in clinical trials and research studies for her feline patients. Dr. Saffire is fluent in minimally invasive diagnostics including abdominal ultrasound, endoscopy and rhinoscopy in addition to advanced feline-specific surgical procedures including perineal urethrostomy for urinary obstructions, ventral bulla osteotomies for removal of middle ear polyps, subtotal colectomies for treatment of megacolon, placement of feeding tubes, oncologic surgery, advanced feline dentistry and more.

Dr. Saffire is a member of the AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association), the Feline Veterinary Medical Association (Feline VMA), the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association and she is also an Accredited Veterinarian for the USDA/APHIS, which means she can perform health inspections/certificates for interstate and international travel.

Dr. Saffire is the current President of the Feline Veterinary Medical Association and a tutor for the University of Sydney’s Feline Medicine Distance Education Course. She loves teaching and can be often found speaking about feline medicine at conferences and online webinars in addition to hosting veterinary students at the clinic.

She currently resides in Dublin with her husband Dr. Henricks and their children Madeline and Mason. In her free time, you can catch her at the barn riding their adopted retired racehorse Mac!

Caitlin Dutcher-Lundy, RVT, VTS (CP-Feline)
Director of Clinic Operations

Cat Friendly Certified

Caitlin was born and raised in wild and wonderful West Virginia. Her love of animals started early on in her childhood. Her family home always had animals with fur or scales but the best was her Alaskan Malamute, Rambo.
Caitlin’s professional career, with animals, began in shelter medicine. During her time in the shelter she focused heavily on cats. She graduated from Chattanooga State where she earned her degree veterinary technology and later became a RVT in Ohio. As a RVT she has spent most of her time working in feline only medicine. Where she loved nursing advanced feline medical cases and assisting with advanced feline surgical procedures. She is Cat Friendly Certified and working with cats is one of Caitlin’s greatest passions!
Her other passion, in veterinary medicine, is leadership! In 2016 she graduated from Franklin University with a bachelors degree in Business Administration. And has since then focused on building strong teams, mentoring RVT students, and helping team members to grow.
In her free-time you can find her gardening, traveling, and hanging with her family and friends. Caitlin currently lives in Columbus with her husband Daniel, their two Frenchies Roky and Kiki, and their three cats Mona, Bubbles, and Citrine.

Lindsay
Business Manager

Lindsay graduated from Columbus State Community College with her degree in Veterinary Technology in 2008 and is currently obtaining her bachelor’s in Business Management. She worked in private practice for 20 years before joining the team at Faithful Friends Veterinary Clinic in September 2021. She is dedicated to helping the team provide high-quality patient care, loves working at a fast pace, and possesses a strong passion for team building and training. She also takes a special interest in implementing fear-free techniques, surgical and advanced anesthetic monitoring, educating on excellent preventive care, inventory management, emergency medicine and critical patient care.

She enjoys spending most of her free time with her husband and high school sweetheart Nathan and three children. They love to spend their time on their farm and in the great outdoors, kayaking, hiking, and fishing. Her four-legged family includes dogs, cats and turtles.

Madison
RVT | Team Lead

Cat Friendly Certified

Madison has always had a passion for both animals and medicine, so she combined them and graduated from Bradford in 2009. She worked for 10 years in fast-paced emergency hospitals but has since decided that she wants to be able to create relationships with both her patients and their families. Madison got married during the 2020 pandemic to her husband Kyle. Together they have 4 animals; two dogs: Chandler & Maya; 2 cats: Phoebe & Ursula (named after her favorite TV show Friends). Outside of work, Madison enjoys binging true crime documentaries, traveling and spending time with her fur babies. What Madison loves most about her job is caring for her patients and feeling like she has made a difference in their lives, as well as their families.

Cameron
RVT

Cat Friendly Certified

Cameron always loved being around animals and caring for them and knew she wanted to turn that into a career someday. She graduated from Columbus State in May of 2020 to become a Registered Veterinary Technician.

Her favorite part of being a technician is monitoring anesthesia during surgeries and reading cytologies under a microscope. Cameron currently has a golden retriever named Annabelle and a new kitten named Roo. Growing up she had quite the variety of pets, such as hermit crabs, birds, geckos, bunnies, hamsters, and even a ball python!

She likes to spend her free time reading books, watching movies and exploring the outdoors with her dog.

Eli
RVT

Cat Friendly Certified

Eli graduated from Miami Jacobs with a degree in Veterinary Technology in 2017. After four years in private practice, we were thrilled when he joined the team here at Faithful Friends in 2021.

Eli had always dreamed of a career working with animals. He enjoys providing impeccable care to all our patients and clients. He aspires to someday get a specialty degree.

In his free time, he and his husband, Brandon,  frequent the antique malls and love to play video games. He also enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with his family and friends.

Jacki
RVT

Jacki always knew she wanted to work in veterinary medicine. Her freshman year in high school, she applied and was approved to Bradford veterinary technician institute. Graduating in 2014, she jumped straight into it in general practice and has been working on and off for the past 10 years. Her favorite thing about working in general practice is being able to create a strong relationship with clients and their pets and being able to watch them grow and change. Jacki’s significant other of 13 years, Caine, Son Daniel 9 years old, two dogs, three turtles and one cat is enough to keep her on her toes. But In her free time she enjoys cooking, being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Mackenzie
Veterinary Assistant | Team Lead

Mackenzie graduated from the University of Findlay with degrees in Animal Science and Biology. While she decides what she wants to be when she grows up, she is putting her passion for animals to work as a veterinary assistant. In her free time, Mack loves to hike and explore with her lab mix, Dwight. She is an avid yogi and likes to experiment with new vegan recipes.

Abagail
Veterinary Assistant

Cat Friendly Certified

Abagail is originally from Hudson, OH and came to Columbus to attend The Ohio State University. She graduated in 2020 with a bachelor’s in international relations and diplomacy, but having graduated during the pandemic, Abagail found her next career path working with animals. She began her veterinary career at a feline-only practice where she worked for over two years before transitioning to a dog and cat practice.

She is a self-described crazy cat lady that specializes in feline care, having her Cat Friendly Certification through the AAFP, but is excited to learn more about canine medicine and behavior. She loves being able to work with animals and is eager to learn as much as she can about the veterinary field. Abagail is also the owner and founder of Shepherd’s Pet Care LLC, where she provides pet sitting and at-home services for families all around Columbus.

She resides in Dublin with her husband Aaron and three cats, Matteo, Dakota, and Riko. In her free time she enjoys watching anime and spending time outside!

Tristen
Veterinary Assistant

From a young age Tristen knew she always wanted to work with animals. Tristen has been a veterinary assistant since 2019. Her favorite part of being an assistant is client education and performing diagnostics. In her free time, she loves reading books and spending time with her son Wesson (6 years old). Currently Tristen has two dogs, Myla, a Boxer and Venus, a Beagle. Tristen also has an orange cat named Butterscotch. Go Pack Go!

Lily
Veterinary Assistant

Lily has always wanted to work in the veterinary field. She attended a pre-vet technical school and is currently a Zoo Science major at Otterbein University. Lily has 2 dogs and 3 cats. She loves all types of music and enjoys playing video games. Quiet but witty, Lily looks forward to seeing cute puppies every day. She enjoys being part of a team that makes a difference in the lives of each beloved pet and its owner.

Ena
Veterinary Assistant

Ena grew up in Jacksonville, Florida where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology. After working for 3 years in the field, she had an opportunity to move to Columbus, Ohio with her best friend where she decided to venture into veterinary medicine and animal care. Ena is passionate about caring for the physical and emotional health of our four-legged friends, as well as client education to facilitate a holistic view of pet ownership and care.Outside of work, Ena loves traveling, powerlifting, both leisurely and competitively, hiking with her rescue pittie Indy, and finding the best iced honey latte wherever she is.

Jamie
Client Care Representative | Team Lead

Jamie has always had a love for animals and dreamed to work with them. Her 10-acre farm is full of a variety of dogs, cats, horses, goats, rabbits, ducks, ferrets, lizards, and even a domesticated fox! She has a special needs dog who is an adopted Collie that was born without eyes and is deaf.

In her free time, she fosters kittens in need, travels, and spends time with family and friends. She has two adult sons and one daughter-in-law. She is very excited to welcome her first grandchild at the end of December 2021. 

Jamie loves working with caring team members and providing amazing care to our clients, ensuring them that their pets are receiving the best possible care here.

Theresa
Client Care Representative

Theresa came from her home in Hawaii to her second home in Ohio, where she met her husband and raised 5 kids. She’s become a huge Buckeye fan sending 2 of her kids to Ohio State. After working several years as a nurse, she turned her love of animals into rescue work, fostering & finding forever homes for puppies & kittens. She currently owns 2 rescue dogs, Baby and Elvis.

Ashley
Client Care Representative

Ashley has dreamed of working with animals since the age of three. As she continues her journey toward becoming a zookeeper, she decided to deepen her knowledge of animal healthcare by joining Faithful Friends after graduating from the Ohio State University in 2024.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Ashley has lived and studied in Canada, Taiwan, and Japan. She is passionate about animal training and has successfully trained eight labrador retrievers to become guide dogs for the blind. Her ninth, an adorable yellow lab named Jet, unfortunately (or fortunately?) flunked guide dog school but is now living his best life as the most spoiled puppy in the world. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys cooking, playing guitar, and drawing portraits of animals and pets.
Ashley is thrilled to be part of the team at Faithful Friends, where she gets to greet all the cute faces and wiggly tails and help pet owners from different backgrounds navigate how to best care for their dogs and kitties!
